About Us
Dream House Plans is a Design/Drafting firm established in 2003 in Los Angeles, CA to provide custom designs and highest quality working drawings at reasonable prices. The designer has been designing buildings and producing working drawings since 1987. Having worked for architectural firms for over ten years, has run his own design/drafting business since 1998. Although contemporary houses are our specialty, we have designs from numerous other styles to choose from.
Some of the characteristics that distinguish our designs are: Modular dimensioning to minimize waste of materials, so your money goes into the building instead a large portion ending up on the construction scrap pile. Open floor plans that make the spaces feel larger and allows for maximum use of space for living and entertaining. Ample storage spaces: Generous kitchen, pantry, linen, and general storage incorporated into plans as necessary. Spacious luxury bathrooms with private toilet areas where possible.
